Patient Forum
Are you interested in finding out more about our practice and getting involved with the development of health services?
We’re relaunching our PPG and would love for you to be part of it. Our PPG was paused during COVID, but we’re now ready to bring it back, stronger and more connected than ever.
What is a PPG?
- A Patient Participation Group is a way for patients to work together with the practice to:
- Offer feedback and ideas
- Help improve services and patient experience
- Share what matters most to you and your community
- Support local health initiatives
- This is not a complaints group – it’s about positive collaboration and open conversation.
Who can join?
We’re looking for a mix of patients from both of our sites, from all backgrounds and age groups. Whether you’re a long-term patient or fairly new to us, your voice matters.
How will it work?
- Quarterly meetings (just four a year)
- Meetings will alternate between our two practice sites
- Friendly, informal, and focused on listening and action
The patient participation group is not a forum for personal grievances or complaints.
