Cancel an Appointment

Can't make your appointment? Please let us know as soon as possible.

Every cancelled appointment can be offered to another patient who needs it. If you no longer need your appointment or are unable to attend, please cancel it using one of the options below.

Ways to cancel your appointment

Call the Practice

Please telephone the surgery and a member of our team will cancel your appointment for you.

Use the link in your appointment reminder

If you have received an appointment reminder by text message, simply click the cancellation link within the message and follow the instructions.

Visit the Practice

You are welcome to come into either Green Lane or Harnall Lane Medical Centre and ask a member of our reception team to cancel your appointment.

Email the Practice

You can email us to request a cancellation - cwicb.gpskyblue@nhs.net 

Please use "Cancel Appointment" as the subject of your email and include:

• Your full name
• Your date of birth
• The date and time of the appointment
• Who the appointment is with (if known)
• Which site the appointment is at (Green Lane or Harnall Lane)

Providing all of this information will help us process your request quickly.
