Practice Update – Site Improvements
Over the past couple of years, we have carried out a number of improvement works across our practice sites to enhance both patient experience and our working environments.
Green Lane:
- Late 2023 to early 2024 – renovation works upstairs, creating three new clinical rooms.
- September 2025 – improvements to the reception area to improve accessibility, and the reconfiguration of a treatment room to create an additional clinical space.
Harnall Lane:
- Summer 2024 – replacement of all downstairs flooring to improve the environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Further upgrade works upstairs have begun this week at Harnall Lane, with updates and photos to follow soon.
We hope these improvements are received well and help us continue to provide a positive experience for our patients and teams.
