Emis Access

EMIS Access is only available to patients who are registered with a participating EMIS Access practice. It’s very important that only genuine patients are granted internet access. The best way we can ensure this is to issue patients with a Registration Letter, which you can only be obtained in person at your Practice. You cannot create an account without one.

Step 1: Register for EMIS ACCESS

You will need to be registered with the practice to register for EMIS access.

To start the process you will need to go the surgery you are registered with (Harnall Lane or Green Lane) bringing along with you, your photo ID (identification) for verification purposes.

We will check you are a registered patient and set you up for EMIS access. You will be provided with a “Registration letter”.

Step 2: Create an account

If you have your Registration Letter, you can create an account. Use your Access ID Number and your Password to login - **If required our Practice ID Number is 5424 **

Once you’ve registered you will be able to use the on-line services of your practice. These may include viewing, booking and cancelling appointments, repeat medication, secure messages, medical record view and updating your personal information.

You can do this from home, work or on the move – wherever you can connect to the internet. What’s more, because EMIS Access is a 24 hour online service – you can do this in your own time, day or night.
