Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Please do not book a GP appointment or attend your GP practice if you have symptoms inlcuding a new continuous cough and a high temperature. You are advised to stay at home for 7 days. If your symptoms are serious or get worse NHS 111 has an online corona virus service.

Please note a copy of your photographic ID and two recent utility bills will need to be emailed to us in a document format.

New GDPR Legislation
PLEASE READ
Due to new legislation regarding the data protection act, the practice is no longer able to accept another person booking appointments on behalf of our patients. If you wish your family member/friend to be able to make an appointment on your behalf please visit the surgery with photo ID which will then be noted on your file by one of our reception team. Consent is needed for all patients over 16 years of age.
The practice is no longer able to accept email requests on our practice email address for clinical matters, booking and cancellation of appointments; if you wish to email the practice with any clinical information you must be signed up for our online services. This service will allow you to send emails directly into your patient records under a secure network. Please visit reception with ID where you will be registered for this service.
The practice is no longer allowed to give out results over the phone, please visit the surgery to enquiry about these or request these through our online messaging service. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but hope you will understand that we do have to comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

We invite patients to join our patient participation group which meets at regular intervals throughout the year.
This provides you with the opportunity to be involved with any new developments at the Practice and also air your views on systems and protocols in place in the Practice.

Parking At Harnall Lane

Please note that the car park at Harnall Lane is for staff only.
This car park needs to be kept free of any incombance due oncall GPs/ midwifes etc and ambulance staff.
There is a pay and display car park opposite the surgery which can be used by patients.
We request that you do not use as a drop off point.

Extended Hours appointments are available - please contact the surgery for details of forthcoming surgeries.
Once per month we close on Wednesday afternoon 1- 5pm for Protected Learning Time (PLT) held by NHS Coventry. If a Dr is required during this time ONLY please dial 0300 130 3040 thank you.
