Practice Charter

What we will do for you

  1. We are always committed to providing the best possible service.
  2. We will always offer the treatment and advice we believe is best.
  3. We will arrange a home visit if you are too ill to attend the Surgery.
  4. We make every effort to see you promptly.
  5. We will inform you how to get the results of tests and X-rays.
  6. We will try to deal at once with any problems or complaints.
  7. A doctor is on call between 8.30am-6.30pm for emergencies.
  8. You have the right to see your health records.

What you can do for us

  1. Please treat staff with courtesy and respect.
  2. Please refer to our website for information where possible.
  3. Please phone before 10.30am if you want a Triage Telephone call-back that morning.
  4. If possible, please phone before 11.00am if you need a home visit.
  5. Please tell us if you cannot keep your appointment.
  6. Ask if you are unclear about your treatment.
  7. Most delays are usually due to emergencies – please be patient.
  8. Many illnesses can be prevented through healthy living.
